Terms & Conditions

Magnetik Foundation Terms & Conditions

These Terms apply to digital series purchased directly via the Magnetik website.

1. Services

Magnetik provides fixed-scope digital branding services under the “Foundation” package.

The package includes deliverables as outlined on the sales page at the time of purchase.

Services outside the stated scope are not included.

2. Commencement of Work

Work is deemed to commence once:

  • Full payment has been received, and

  • The client has submitted the completed onboarding questionnaire with all required information.

3. Turnaround Time

The Foundation package is delivered within three (3) working days from receipt of complete onboarding information.

Delays in submission may extend delivery timelines.

Working days exclude weekends and UK public holidays.

4. Revisions & Satisfaction Commitment

Magnetik offers:

  • Unlimited revisions within the agreed project scope

  • A commitment to refine deliverables until expectations are met within scope

Revisions do not include new concepts, additional platforms, or expanded scope beyond the original package.

 

4.1 Review & Approval Process

All deliverables will be presented to the client for review prior to release of final files.

Revisions are permitted within the scope of the original brief and package inclusions.

Unlimited revisions apply to refinements of the agreed concept, including adjustments to layout, wording, alignment, and visual elements within scope.

Revisions do not include:

  • New design concepts

  • Additional platforms (beyond purchased)

  • Additional deliverables

  • Brand repositioning beyond the original brief

  • Requests made after final approval

4.2 Final Approval

Once the client confirms in writing (including email confirmation) that they are satisfied with the designs:

  • The project is deemed approved

  • Final exported files will be released

  • The project is considered complete

Approval confirms the client accepts the deliverables as final.

4.3 Post-Delivery Edits

After final files have been delivered:

  • No further edits or revisions are included

  • Any additional modifications will be treated as a new service and may incur additional fees​

Delivery of final files constitutes formal completion of the project.

4.4 Satisfaction Commitment

Magnetik’s satisfaction commitment applies during the active revision phase prior to final approval.

It does not extend beyond project completion or after final files have been supplied.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital and bespoke nature of the service:

  • No refunds are available once work has commenced.

  • Work is considered commenced upon receipt of completed onboarding materials.

If cancellation occurs before work begins, a refund may be considered at Magnetik’s discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment:

  • Clients receive ownership of the final exported deliverables.

  • Editable source files are not included in the Foundation package.

Magnetik retains the right to display completed work in portfolios and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information

  • Supply necessary brand assets

  • Respond to revision requests promptly

Failure to provide required materials may delay project completion.

8. Limitation of Liability

Magnetik is not responsible for:

  • Changes in social media platform algorithms

  • Business performance outcomes

  • Third-party platform disruptions

  • Indirect or consequential losses

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
